Good morning happy Saturday!I heard this rule by Mel Robbins many years ago. When things upset us emotions take over, and often times we don’t think, but as I’ve grown in my personal development journey, I’ve learned most of the time (never 100%), I will take a breath, practice the pause, and try to decide if what I’m upset about is going to matter five years from now or five minutes from now for that matter. Life is Too $hort to sweat the small stuff! I hope you can apply this 5 x 5 rule to your life, it will help bring peace to your soul!Have a great day, everyone!

Holding onto grudges or resentment weighs you down emotionally and mentally, stopping your growth and happiness.
